Andy Keane – President & Chief Executive Officer
Andy is a technology executive with 18 years of global experience in semiconductor, IP licensing, materials, and computer system companies. He has a track record of P&L oversight, growth strategy development and building high performance teams and was a key executive contributor behind rapid growth of 3Dfx, QED and NVIDIA Tesla resulting in 2 IPOs and market leadership in supercomputing. He has a proven ability to understand complex technologies to drive product planning, business strategy and profitable growth and extensive experience with local staff, channels and customers in Japan, China, Taiwan, European Union and Russia. Andy earned a BS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jason Morgan – VP Engineering
Jason is an accomplished product development leader with over 20 years of experience. Jason began his career at Motorola, and he joined CMR after 18 years at ADTRAN where he held leadership positions in design engineering and product management. He has a history of creating product strategies and building teams to take those products to market. With patents issued for inventions in communications systems and electronic circuits, Jason has a record of innovative product development. Jason earned BS degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
Duane Claunch – Chief Financial Officer
Duane has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and administration in Silicon Valley. He has worked for Fortune 1000 companies as well as early-stage startups and has participated in multiple successful acquisitions. Duane graduated with an MBA from Santa Clara University and holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from CSU, Chico.
Jake Zimmerman – VP and General Counsel
Jake is an attorney with an extensive background in patent licensing and litigation. During eight years at a national law firm, Jake and his teams recovered nearly a billion dollars through licensing and litigation. Jake worked with a wide range of technologies ranging from nanometer-scale semiconductor processes, transistor designs, power bussing, cache coherence, embolic protection devices, and electrostatic air cleaners. Jake received his B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota and later returned to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
